INSIDE THE VERTICAL
The two companies sit on either side of the same discipline. Blockberg is the market-facing platform: tokenisation and DeFi infrastructure that turns equity and real estate into digital securities which can be issued, held and traded rather than locked up for years. GeorgiaTax is the certified accounting firm that carries tax, reporting and compliance work — for the group’s own entities and for outside clients in Georgia.
Holding both inside one vertical is deliberate. An instrument is only as good as the reporting behind it, and keeping the accounting function in-house means every entity in the group is measured to the same standard, filed on the same calendar and consolidated without a reconciliation exercise first.
