What we support and operate.
A single discipline across every business.
Centora is a long-term supporter and operator. We commit capital where our own research gives us conviction, and back each company with a shared institutional core.
Four groups, twelve areas of activity.
Every business belongs to one of four groups. The grouping decides how capital, engineering and the shared legal, tax and finance core are allocated — it is not a reporting convenience.
The engineering and product core. Noxtton’s development house, Hapttic’s AI intelligence platform, Kinzab’s consumer gold product and the venture arm that seeds and builds new companies. Every other group draws its engineering from here.
Physical assets the group owns and operates: two 1.95 MW run-of-river hydropower plants in Guria, a seven-branch workspace network and a 39-room design hotel, a residential development portfolio, and the freight and passenger logistics that move goods and people across Georgia.
Where the group works with capital and commodities: tokenised digital securities through Blockberg, certified accounting and tax through GeorgiaTax, and a physical desk originating metals, distillates and fertilisers source to source.
The businesses that reach customers directly, and the shared functions behind all of them: digital-skills education at scale, premium home textiles and thermally modified timber, and the in-house legal and compliance team every group entity runs on.
Governance & people.
The group is led by its founders and run by experienced operators across every business, supported by a network of independent advisors.
