HOW THE PORTFOLIO WORKS
Residential is held as a portfolio of projects rather than a single operating company. Each project sits in its own dedicated entity, acquired, developed and then managed inside the group — which keeps ownership, financing and construction risk ring-fenced to the asset it belongs to, while the group’s shared legal, tax and finance functions serve every project from the same core.
The work runs the full cycle: site acquisition, design and permitting, construction management, sales or letting, and long-term operation afterwards. The group builds and holds rather than developing to flip, so an asset is underwritten on what it earns over decades, not on the exit price at handover.
