Venture
Family-office capital and company building from zero.
THE THESIS
Centora’s venture arm pairs Tushiconcept — the family office behind the group’s earliest bets — with an in-house studio that validates, incubates and spins out new companies. Capital, engineering, legal and finance sit behind every venture from day one.
INSIDE THE VERTICAL
Tushiconcept is the family office that wrote the first cheques behind several of the group’s companies — the Academy of Digital Industries among them, seeded in 2021 — and continues to back founders across technology, education and real assets. It invests from seed through growth in Georgia and the European Union, without a fund clock forcing an exit date onto a business that is still compounding.
Centora Ventures is the studio that builds from zero. It validates demand and unit economics before a company is formed, incubates the first product and team inside the group, then stands the business up independently with follow-on capital behind it. Engineering, legal and finance are in place from day one, which is what lets a venture reach a real product without first assembling a company around it.
