Shota Ioseliani is the Retail Partner at Centora, with extensive experience in retail strategy, customer experience management and corporate leadership across multiple markets. Previously, Shota held senior executive roles including Head of Retail at PASHA Bank Georgia and Deputy CEO & Customer Experience Management Director at ALSER in Kazakhstan, where he was responsible for retail growth, customer strategy and service transformation. He has also served as CEO of United Loyalty Systems at FIDOBANK in Ukraine, developing digital loyalty and customer engagement platforms. His experience combines retail expertise, operational leadership and strategic transformation across financial services, technology and consumer businesses.
