Artificial Intelligence
AI Marketing Intelligence SaaS — one unified system for all marketing data.
THE THESIS
Hapttic is the group’s AI intelligence company. Its platform analyzes billions of data points — social conversations, reviews, ads, content and internal records — and learns from them continuously, unifying external signals and owned data into one intelligence layer so brands decide on evidence rather than fragmented reports.
INSIDE THE VERTICAL
Hapttic runs as a single analytical layer over every signal a brand generates. External signals — social conversations, reviews, advertising, market demand, and the way AI assistants describe or exclude a brand — sit alongside internal ones: inboxes, content performance, campaign data and the owned databases companies already hold but rarely use.
Clients use it for brand and reputation tracking, AI search visibility, early crisis detection, competitor and market research, and strategic decision support. The company serves seven countries — the United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, Serbia, Georgia, China and Australia — from a headquarters in Newark, Delaware and a research base in Tbilisi, with Toyota, USAID, UN Women and Silknet among the organisations that have used the platform.
