THE THESIS
The Academy of Digital Industries has trained 30,000+ students for careers in the digital economy since 2018. XPUP builds the infrastructure for skills-based employment — a Learn, Fund, Work marketplace linking job-ready training, outcome-tied financing and direct employer pipelines, now expanding across Kazakhstan, Czechia and the UK.
INSIDE THE VERTICAL
The Academy of Digital Industries is the classroom business: one-month, mentor-led intensives in design, marketing, technology and people, taught by working practitioners online, hybrid or on campus in Tbilisi. Since 2018 it has trained more than 30,000 students across 2,100+ full courses, holds an NPS above 80, and places 70% of graduates into work at leading companies.
XPUP is the infrastructure built around that idea. Six specialist studios — AI, development, design, blockchain, marketing and business — are delivered as bootcamps, accelerators and micro-credentials, co-created with the universities, employers, governments and foundations that hire or fund the graduates. It is backed by Tether and active in Czechia, Kazakhstan, Georgia and beyond.
