Retail
Consumer retail and building materials — Togas and Thermory.
THE THESIS
Retail spans two brands with different customers: Togas, the group’s premium home-textiles and living business, sold omnichannel across Georgia; and ZeWood, the official Thermory distributor for Georgia and the South Caucasus.
INSIDE THE VERTICAL
Retail covers two brands serving different customers. Togas is the consumer business: premium home textiles and living — bedding, bath, table and decorative collections — sold across an omnichannel footprint of physical stores and a direct online channel in Georgia, with brand and merchandising run inside the group.
ZeWood is the trade-facing side. It is the official Thermory distributor for Georgia and the South Caucasus, representing the world’s largest producer of thermally modified timber by revenue — a technology Thermory has spent 25 years developing. From a showroom at 75 Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue in Tbilisi it supplies architects, developers and homeowners across eleven product categories, with installation documentation, grad-system clips, maintenance products and a 3D virtual tour of the range.
