THE THESIS
Centora Ventures is the in-house studio: validating ideas, incubating them into companies and spinning them out with follow-on capital. Every venture launches with the group’s engineering, legal and finance behind it.
The studio and the family office are deliberately separate instruments. Tushiconcept writes the first cheque into founders it backs from outside; the studio starts companies the group itself wants to exist, and carries them until they can stand alone. Because engineering comes from Noxtton and legal, tax and finance from the group’s shared core, a venture reaches a working product without first hiring a company around it — and the capital that would have gone into overhead goes into the product instead.
